The user undertakes to use the services during the minimum period of using the services. Such period of using the ordered services is 12 months, from p_startdate.

The parties agree that the fee for www.cargo.lt services (except for additional services, which prices are published on the www.cargo.lt website) is p_tariff_full p_currency p_pvm for every p_period month.

However, considering the desire of the parties for long-term cooperation and the minimum period of use of the services clearly agreed between the parties, the administrator agrees to make a discount in the amount of p_discount p_currency, which is applied to the above-mentioned service price and the selected payment period. Therefore, the user’s fee with the discount, for the services provided to him, is p_tariff_contract p_currency p_pvm for every p_period month.

Termination of services at the user’s initiative or fault does not release the user from the obligation to pay the administrator for the services provided to him, until the day of service refusal. If at the time of the refusal of the services, the minimum period of use of the services has not yet ended, the user is obliged to compensate the administrator for direct damages, by paying the cost of the benefits given during the provision of the services and all costs related to the services actually provided.

If the user does not notify the administrator of his intention to stop using the services at least thirty (30) days before the end of the minimum period, the minimum period of use of the services will be extended further by the same period after its end, and all the above-mentioned conditions will apply during the new 12-month period.
