1.13. Who to contact if something does not work?

If you have any questions regarding operations on the website, you can ask for help online by pressing the  icon in the bottom left corner of the website.

A dialogue window will open where you can talk to one of our operators.

You can type your message to the operator in the message field and press Send . You can attach a file by pressing the icon Send file .

You can also rate the operator’s work with the help of two icons  or .

To disable the message sound notification, press the icon Sound on/off .

Using the icon  you can close the chat window after you end the dialogue with the operator.
